Drone Applications in the Municipality of Rotterdam

Rotterdam Uses Drones Daily for Inspections and More: Unmanned Valley Proud of Collaboration The Municipality of Rotterdam is leading the way in integrating drone applications for various urban services. In a recent article by Trouw, following a demonstration by Senal Erkan and our own Walter Kort, the rise of drones for urban applications is widely discussed.

According to experts, the use of drones goes far beyond efficient inspections. “The technological progress we’re making is impressive,” says Theo de Vries. “But it’s especially inspiring to see how drones can quickly move from experimental applications to daily operations. This is just the beginning of what we can achieve together with the Municipality of Rotterdam.”

We are proud of the milestones we have reached so far and look forward to further developments in drone technology. The daily use of drones by Rotterdam marks an important step forward.
