Building 326 used to be an uninsulated garage and storage area. Now it features several independent and comfortable office spaces.

Building 326 has been renovated in line with the principles of sustainability and the circular economy. In a high-quality design, the windows and skylights provide abundant light. The offices are fully insulated, have underfloor heating and their own kitchenette. Because of the sedum planting and solar panels, the roof is both literally and metaphorically green.

The offices have their own parking spaces. In addition, free use can be made of the general carpark. Other facilities at Unmanned Valley can be used on request.

Unmanned Valley is in full development. Spaces are available immediately and long-term leases are possible.
